TabTrade Review - What to Know Before You Sign Up

TabTrade — What It Is

TabTrade.com went live in March 2026. Trading platform based in Saint Lucia, regulated by the FSRA. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Before this, he was on the executive team at BlackBull Markets, a FMA-regulated broker.

His background matters. It says the founder knows how a proper broker operates. That is not a guarantee. But more reassuring than a founder with no industry background.

They launched with Equinix data centre access in London. Same infrastructure prime brokers run on. Most new brokers focuses on ads and sign-up promos. TabTrade led with infrastructure. Interesting choice.

Market coverage: forex, indices, gold, silver, oil, energies, softs, shares, cryptocurrencies, ETFs. A wide spread. For a broker that is a few months old, that coverage is not narrow.

The Software

You get: MT5, cTrader, and a browser platform. Both platforms from one account. Most brokers pick one platform. Access to both is useful. You are not locked into one.

MT5 is what most people know. Complete charts, automated trading, huge user base. If you have traded on MT4 or MT5 previously, there are no surprises.

cTrader is the more modern one. Better DOM. More responsive charts. Built-in algo trading. Many people prefer it once they try it.

FIX API is available for algo traders but is only on the VIP tier ($25,000 deposit). TradingView charting is apparently in the works. That would be a good addition when it lands.

Accounts and Pricing

Three levels: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard account. Spread starts at 1.0 pips. Zero commission. Straightforward. $0 to start. Works for anyone who does not want to think about commission.

Edge account. True raw pricing from 0.0 pips on average. Flat commission of $3.50 each way. Total cost: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On majors, the raw spread is frequently below 0.2 pips. So your all-in cost can sit below 0.5 pips. That is cheap for a broker with no minimum deposit. Most brokers that run raw pricing at this level want $500 or more to open. This broker has no minimum.

VIP account. $25k to open. FIX connectivity, faster fills, negotiated fees. Not for typical accounts. Ignore this one unless you move real size.

Execution Speed

The execution is the thing TabTrade stands apart. Equinix data centres. Under 30ms on Edge. Sub-20ms on VIP. These are institutional numbers. The average platform quote hundreds of milliseconds.

Should you care? If you scalp, yes. The gap between fast execution and sluggish execution is profit or loss on tight trades. If you swing trade, it matters less. What matters is the infrastructure is there. That says they are not cutting corners on the tech.

Combine that execution speed with raw spreads at $3.50 per side and the overall offering holds up. Few brokers at this price point have infrastructure at this level.

The FSRA Question

Now, the detail that matters. The broker is under the FSRA in Saint Lucia. That is offshore. No CySEC. No fund protection scheme. If operating without FCA or ASIC oversight is a dealbreaker, look elsewhere. There are FCA-regulated options out there.

That said. The founder came from BlackBull Markets, a proper broker. The server placement costs real money. Scam brokers do not bother with proper execution infrastructure. This does not guarantee anything. It should be part of how you think about it.

The deal: no FCA or ASIC safety net. For that: 1:1000 leverage, cheap spreads, no minimum deposit, fast fills. Whether the trade-off is worth it depends on you.

The Bonus

Tab Trade runs bonus funds of up to $2,000. Standard sign-up bonus. You put money in, they credit extra capital. Usual conditions attached: trading volume requirements before bonus funds can be taken out. Read the conditions before you deposit.
